With the demands of today’s real estate market, you need an agent with experience, expertise and a good marketing plan.  To achieve these results for you, I will:
  • Utilize internet marketing techniques
  • Submit your property to Baldwin County Multiple Listing Service, thereby making it available to over 1,400 local realtors
  • Submit copies of your listing to the  Century 21® Professional Services  sales staff
  • Market your home to the other top agents in the area
  • Suggest and advise of any changes that need to be made to your property
  • Use the largest print target marketing techniques to maximize the effectiveness in getting buyers through your doors (direct mail programs, etc.)
  • Provide feedback from agents and prospective buyers regarding your property.
  • Provide you with updated information on other listings in your area -- mainly your competition.
  • Develop a list of features and benefits of your property for cooperating agents to use with their potential buyers
  • Make you completely aware of all the various methods of financing available to buyers
  • Add exposure by displaying a professional sign on your property
  • Advertise in popular local magazines and newspapers, such as “Gulf Coast Properties Magazine” and "The Islander"
  • Provide you with a copy of the Baldwin County MLS listings and all other advertisements showing your property.
  • Represent you upon the presentation of all  contracts by cooperating brokers and assist in negotiating the best price and terms for you
  • Handle all follow-up details and keep you completely informed on all mortgage, title and other closing-related activities.
