Since entering the world of Real Estate in 1979, I have had varied experience in selling, managing and teaching and have worked on-site and managed on-site teams. In 1996, I received the Platinum Award from the National Association of Home Builders, Sales and Marketing Council, in recognition of distinguished leadership and service and outstanding staff sales volume in the amount of 26.5 million dollars worth of new homes. I maintained membership in the Million Dollar Sales Club and received numerous awards and recognition for sales and service. However, my greatest satisfaction has come from clients and customers for a job well done.
I have been a Realtor® for approximately 29 years and I am licensed to sell in the states of Alabama and Florida. I am a member of the Baldwin County Association of Realtors®, Pensacola Association of Realtors®, Alabama Association of Realtors® and National Association of Realtors®. In addition, I have attained my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and RECS (Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist) designations.
To receive the CRS designation, Realtors® must demonstrate outstanding professional achievements, including high volume sales, and pursue advanced training in areas such as finance, marketing and technology. They must also maintain membership in the National Association of Realtors® and abide by its Code of Ethics. CRS designees are in the top four percent of Realtors® in the nation.
The Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist designation shows proficiency in serving the public with recognized skills for utilizing Cyberspace marketing programs and for effectively adopting special technology and networking systems.
I'm very familiar with the history and development of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. I am a licensed real estate broker in both Alabama and Florida. I enjoy spending time with my children, Jennifer (and Rob) Wells and Jon Farrar as well as my four grandchildren: Connor, Reid, Marissa, and Garrett.
